Somnia Anesthesia is recruiting CRNAs to join a physician-owned, clinician-led group serving multiple Methodist Le Bonheur locations in and around Memphis, TN. The team emphasizes low call burden, generous benefits, and opportunities across facilities with strong mentoring and professional development.

CRNAs practice to the full scope of their role, with a focus on regional anesthesia and vascular access where required, in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active state license, DEA, and state CDS are required.
• Board certification is required.
• ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services within the supervision model.
• Perform regional anesthesia, arterial lines and central lines as needed.
• Care for patients across multiple facilities within the system.

• Anesthesia Supervision model
• >40,000 cases | >6,000 births | >40 anesthetizing locations
• 5 facilities: 30‑minute commute time between all locations

• Methodist South Hospital
• Methodist Olive Branch Hospital – Olive Branch, MS
• General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, Obstetrical, NORA etc.
• CRNAs practice to their full scope of practice and can perform regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines
• >40 anesthetizing locations ORs + OB + NORA (Cath Lab, and GI)
• Flexible shift options: 8s, 10s, 12s
• NO mandatory call
