Job summary

AVA Search Group, LLC is recruiting a Full Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a Cardiac program in central Florida. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, no call or weekends, and a $75,000 sign-on bonus.

You will work in a cardiovascular team alongside anesthesiologists and surgeons. The role involves pre-anesthesia evaluations, general/regional anesthesia, and intra/postoperative care for CVOR and Structural Heart cases.

Qualifications

• Active Florida ARNP license or ability to obtain.
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Experience or interest in high-acuity cardiac anesthesia.

Responsibilities

• CVOR, EP, and Structural Heart procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and administer general/regional anesthesia.
• Monitor patients throughout surgery and manage post-anesthesia recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cardiovascular team.
