Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a dynamic anesthesia care team in Tucson and Southern Arizona. You will manage anesthesia for adult and select pediatric patients, support OB-related epidurals/spinals, and contribute to education of SRNAs in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate holds CRNA board certification with AZ license or eligibility, maintains CPR/BLS/ACLS/PALS, and demonstrates the ability to work

Qualifications

• Must have CRNA board certification and AZ license or eligibility.
• Active CPR, BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Experience with epidural/spinal anesthesia for OB is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as needed.
• Consult, participate in research, and educate SRNAs.

Job description

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and evaluating adult and some pediatric patients during anesthesia
• Assisting with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures
• Interpreting diagnostic tests and prescribing medications
• Consulting, participating in research, and educating SRNAs
• Providing general and monitored anesthesia services across a broad scope within an anesthesia care team model
• Performing epidural and spinal anesthesia for OB cases
• Contributing to a team-oriented environment with multidisciplinary communication

Qualifications include:

• Current Board Certification and Arizona CRNA License or eligibility
• Up-to-date CPR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Experience in epidural and spinal anesthesia for OB preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

• Maximum salary of $275,000 plus incentives
