Job summary

Physician Specialists in Anesthesia, P.C. (PSA) is seeking an Experienced Certified Anesthetist (CAA or CRNA) for full-time work at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital and related ASC sites in Jonesboro, Lawrenceville, and Kennesaw, GA.

You will administer anesthesia and sedation, perform pre- and post-anesthetic evaluations, and participate in ASC and hospital coverage as needed. A supportive team and patient-centered care approach define PSA’s culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Anesthesia (CAA) or Nurse Anesthesia (CRNA) from an accredited program.
• Georgia state license and active CAA or CRNA certification.
• Current BLS and ACLS (renewals provided by employer).
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient rapport.
• Background check and Medicare exclusion clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and sedation under the direction of a physician anesthesiologist.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, intraoperative management, and post-anesthetic assessments.
• Deliver safe, effective care in an ASC setting; combination of ASC and hospital coverage available if desired.
