Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Per Diem CRNA to join Emerge Ortho New Brunswick Surgery Center in Brunswick, GA. The role includes pre-anesthesia assessment, induction, maintenance and emergence, patient consent discussion, and intraoperative monitoring in a high-quality orthopedic care setting.

The position offers an hourly rate of $185 with a guaranteed hourly commitment and fully paid malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Pre-anesthesia assessment.
• Obtains and/or verifies patient consent.
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient.
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition.
• Performance of clinical intervention as needed.
• Case assignments across orthopedic procedures.

• Case assignments: General Orthopedics, Joint Replacement (Hip, Knee and Shoulder), Sports Medicine, Hand and Upper Extremity, Foot and Ankle, Neck and Back and Interventional Pain Management.
