Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our ambulatory surgical team in Camp Hill, PA on-site. This full-time role offers autonomy with self-scheduling, a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule, and no weekends or call.

You will provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI/endoscopy procedures, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, monitor patients, and collaborate with physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anaesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification.
• Pennsylvania RN license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe anaesthesia care for outpatient procedures.
• Perform pre-anaesthesia evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients and ensure safe recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical standards.
