Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Azura Vascular Care is hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide high-quality anesthesia care across procedures, with autonomy and collaboration within the healthcare team.

Compensation and benefits emphasize no on-call nights, no weekends, flexible hours, and a supportive multidisciplinary environment at our outpatient vascular centers. Travel may be required 10-15%; active CRNA licensure and NBCRNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
• Current state licensure and compliant with CRNA regulatory requirements.
• BLS and ACLS certification; NBCRNA certification current.
• Malpractice insurance coverage meeting institution/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Anesthesia assessment and planning with informed consent.
• Administer anesthesia and sedation; manage airways and safety checks.
• Intraoperative monitoring and documentation; adjust care for stability.
• Post-Anesthesia care and discharge planning; pain management strategies.
• Emergency interventions and collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Adhere to safety, compliance, and quality initiatives.
