Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a contract-full time position in Madison, Wisconsin. The CRNA administers anesthesia and provides perioperative care across surgical settings, working with surgeons, anesthesiologists and nursing staff.

Active state licensure is required, with preferred 2+ years CRNA experience. Current CPR/ACLS/PALS and health certifications are needed as applicable per contract and state rules.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a nurse anesthesia program approved by state requirements.
• Active State Licensure.
• Minimum 2 years CRNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR/ACLS/PALS if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, doctors, dentists and podiatrists as needed.
• Provide perioperative anesthesia care and ensure patient safety and comfort.
