Job summary

SMG System Medical Group at Thomas Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthetic care under physician supervision. You will administer anesthesia, monitor patients, and participate in pre- and post-operative evaluations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in WV or applicable state.
• Board certified or recertified by NBCRNA.

Responsibilities

• Maintains patient safety at all times and monitors responses to anesthesia.
• Performs airway management using adjuncts such as Bullard, fiberoptic scope or ILMA.
• Administers anesthesia, including induction, maintenance and emergence.
• Conducts pre-anesthetic evaluation and selects anesthetic agents/techniques.
• Documents care and maintains anesthesia records with accuracy.
