Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a CRNA/AA to join its General Anesthesiology Team at Gwinnett/Duluth. The role involves delivering anesthesia care across diverse case types, including vascular, thoracic, obstetric, and pediatric patients, with a focus on patient safety and collaborative teamwork.

Qualified candidates hold current GA licensure, possess certified nurse anesthesia credentials or AA certification, and have at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Requires current active state licensure as a nurse anesthetist in Georgia (CRNA) or anesthesiologist assistant as applicable.
• Graduate of an accredited anesthesia educational program.
• NCCAA certification or recertification preferred for AA track.
• Medical malpractice coverage meeting institution/state requirements.
• Demonstrates clinical competency and ability to operate anesthesia equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in general cases including vascular, thoracic, endocrine, OB and pediatric patients.
• Maintain patient safety and collaborate with surgical teams in the OR environment.
• Adhere to facility policies and demonstrate effective communication across disciplines.
