Job summary

Great Bay Staffing Group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an autonomous practice on the Texas Gulf Coast, about 40 minutes from Corpus Christi. This CRNA-only facility offers complete clinical independence, a light daily caseload, and a favorable work-life balance with substantial time off and flexible scheduling.

Base compensation starts at $325,000 per year with potential to exceed $400,000 by taking additional shifts; 1099 contract; no physician supervision; 17

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification and NBCRNA board certification or eligibility.
• Active or eligible for Texas CRNA license.
• Master's or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
• Ability to work independently and make autonomous clinical decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia services independently across a variety of surgical cases.
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic levels throughout procedures.
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in light call rotation with competitive compensation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and anesthesia records.
