Qualifications

  • Current CRNA certification and NBCRNA board certification or eligibility.
  • Active or eligible for Texas CRNA license.
  • Master's or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
  • Ability to work independently and make autonomous clinical decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive anesthesia services independently across a variety of surgical cases.
  • Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
  • Administer general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and monitored anesthesia care.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic levels throughout procedures.
  • Manage post-anesthesia recovery and ensure patient safety.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in light call rotation with competitive compensation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and anesthesia records.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA who values professional independence and lifestyle balance. This CRNA-only facility operates without physician supervision, allowing advanced practice providers complete autonomy over their anesthesia practice. Required Qualifications
  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
