Job summary

Gastro Health is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our outpatient endoscopy center in Seattle, WA. This CRNA-only model offers autonomy in anesthesia care and a collaborative team environment with predictable weekday hours.

The role features a 3-day, approximately 7 AM–4 PM schedule, competitive compensation with a $15,000 commencement bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including professional development, malpractice coverage, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in nurse anesthesiology.
• Current CRNA licensure and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Strong communication skills and excellent clinical judgment.
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures in premier ASCs.
• Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists, nurses, and dedicated support staff.
• Maintain CRNA-only model while being part of a cohesive, respectful team.
• Utilize a workflow designed for efficiency, safety, and a reasonable daily case volume.
• Be part of a stable, growing organization known for clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
• Weekday 3-day shift schedule – approximately 7AM-4PM; no call, no nights, no weekends.
