Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Omaha, NE seeks a highly skilled CRNA to join our team of 23 full-time anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs at CHI Health Creighton University – Bergan Mercy, a 391-bed Level I Trauma Center and academic medical facility.

You will provide perioperative anesthesia care across a diverse case mix, collaborate with surgeons and nurses, and support optimal patient outcomes while upholding rigorous standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist from an accredited program.
• Ability to obtain Nebraska licensure.

Responsibilities

• Meet established surgical standards and provide anesthesia care.
• Manage anesthesia supplies and equipment in the operating room.
• Care for a diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, spine, cardiac, trauma, obstetrics, pediatrics, ENT, urology, gynecology.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) you will join our dedicated team of 23 full‑time anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs at the CHI Health Creighton University – Bergan Mercy 391‑bed Level I Trauma Center and academic medical facility.

You will collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, hospitalists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal perioperative outcomes.

Daily responsibilities include meeting established surgical standards, managing anesthesia supplies and equipment in the operating room, and providing care across a diverse case mix – general surgery, orthopedics, spine, cardiac, trauma, obstetrics, gastroenterology, pediatrics, ENT, urology, and gynecology.

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist from an accredited program
• Ability to obtain Nebraska licensure
