What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and maintain the CRM system (Dynamics 365) to ensure data accuracy and integrity

What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM administration/sales enablement, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive setting
- Implementation of Dynamics 365 with multi-brand experience and management required
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI
- Excellent communication, training, and project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Certifications in CRM platforms or sales enablement tools
- Experience with ERP systems and integration with CRM
- Familiarity with manufacturing sales cycles, including OEM, distribution, and direct sales
