The LEGO Education US Marketing Team is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive CRM strategy, marketing technology governance, and operational excellence. This role partners cross-functionally to shape CRM roadmap initiatives, optimize marketing automation and lead management processes, and ensure effective campaign execution. The Marketing Operations Manager will also oversee reporting and analytics in partnership with our Insights & Analytics Team. They will manage agency and vendor relationships, and develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and performance across the US Marketing organization. Please Note: No relocation assistance is offered for this position. This role is based out of our Boston HUB located at 1001 Boylston Street. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.

You will ensure the team has the systems, processes, insights, and stakeholder alignment needed to generate demand, support sales, and help educators discover solutions that positively impact students across the US.
The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
