Base pay between $66,700-$103,000/yr with annual performance-based merit raises

The CRM Marketing Manager oversees CRM efforts and strategies and the systems used to manage outbound customer interactions, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and drive sales growth. They are responsible for leveraging customer data to improve engagement, retention, and overall business performance. The CRM manager is responsible for streamlining, developing, executing, monitoring, and continuously updating strategies to optimize multi-channel customer interaction through email, push notifications, and SMS marketing.
