Job description

Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.

  • Perform business analysis and hence to formulate strategic annual CRM planning with the objective to maintain a high level of consumer loyalty of the brand
  • Plan and monitor a sizable amount of budgets for CRM activities as well as perform resources allocation and expenditures control based on the action plan and in line with planned monthly phrasing
  • Perform consumer behavior analysis through comprehensive study to derive meaningful indication and action plans
  • Develop and drive for the implementation of CRM action plans, including but not limited to membership promotion, partnership programs, etc.
  • Execute various CRM initiatives as well as perform forecasting and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaigns towards the KPIs as well as identify enhancement to maximize programs effectiveness
  • Develop CRM materials for both online and offline communications, including but not limited to direct mail, newsletter and promotion collaterals, etc.
  • Work closely with Product team and Sales team to drive for the implementation of CRM plans and ensure the alignment towards the objective
  • Perform procurement activities for gifts and define allocation strategy with innovation CRM rewards initiation
Requirement: :
  • Bachelor degree or above in any discipline
  • 6+ years solid experience CRM Loyalty Program management with hands on experience on sizable budget control and consumer behavior analysis
  • Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
