Job summary

WesTech seeks an Intermediate Business Systems Developer with CRM emphasis to work onsite in Salt Lake City, UT. The role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across ERP, CRM, SharePoint, and reporting tools, delivering scalable solutions while partnering with business stakeholders.

You will develop, test, upgrade, and document solutions, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and leveraging AI tools to automate repeatable tasks where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 3-7 years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
• Experience with SQL and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Work across ERP, CRM, SharePoint, reporting tools, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues across business workflows and data.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and refine solutions.
• Participate in testing, walkthroughs, and issue resolution discussions.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Document technical solutions and share knowledge across the team.
• Leverage approved AI tools to improve efficiency and automate tasks where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
