Job summary

Finanshels is seeking a CRM leader to own end-to-end Zoho CRM, oversee integrations, automate outbound outreach, and drive BDR performance from first touch to handover.

You will manage a four-person BDR/pre-sales team, build dashboards for ROI, and design scalable outbound processes. Immediate start is preferred; strong data skills and reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years managing Zoho CRM end to end.
• Proven experience with CRM integrations and data syncing.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Experience managing BDR or pre-sales teams.
• Fluency in outbound processes and automation.
• Ability to join immediately or on two weeks' notice.
