This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

Overview

This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support to data processing systems. It involves analyzing existing and proposed systems or procedures to improve processing capabilities, assisting with installation, and enhancing systems through analysis, coding, testing, and other activities. The role may also include guiding less experienced analysts.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis - sourcing, compiling, interpreting data, and communicating findings effectively.
• System Testing - testing systems for proper installation and efficiency, evaluating results, and assisting with modifications.
• Business Support - providing technical support, ensuring processes run smoothly, and supporting business objectives.
• Technical Proficiency - developing or installing software, and serving as a resource on data processing systems.
• Support calls - willingness to join support calls during outages as part of an escalation team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in application software programming OR a High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience.

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate code review and development skills across various technologies including Office 365, SharePoint, CRM Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages, and more.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Microsoft.NET, JavaScript, VBScript, API Integration (Rest).
• Knowledge of languages like ASP.NET, React, Node.js, Angular.js, SQL, Powershell.
• Experience with object-oriented languages like C/C# is a plus.
• Experience with Visual Studio, Postman, Google Apigee, Power Applications, source control (Azure, GitHub, GitLab), automation testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with on-shore and off-shore teams across multiple time zones.
