Job summary

A regional airline is seeking a CRJ First Officer to collaborate with the Captain in delivering safe and friendly travel experiences. The successful candidate will operate CRJ series aircraft, perform meticulous preflight planning, and support a safety-centered cockpit environment. Candidates must have an ATP or be ATP eligible, possess a valid FCC Radio License, and hold a current Class 1 medical certificate. Flexibility for varied shifts is required, along with excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold an ATP or be eligible for ATP/R-ATP.
• FCC Radio License required.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Valid passport and authorization to travel to all countries served by Endeavor Air.
• Able to work any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of Company, FAA, and DOT pre-employment requirements.
• Current Class 1 medical certificate.

Responsibilities

• Operate CRJ series aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulations.
• Perform preflight planning, performance calculations, and systems monitoring.
• Adapt to operational schedules spanning days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
