Job summary

Qualifications

• Academic degree in nursing (BSN or MSN/MN) required.
• External candidates require current RN license.
• Internal candidates may promo with a bachelor’s/master’s degree in progress, with date provided.
• Experience in hemodynamic monitoring and critical care strongly preferred.
• Credentials: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS within 6 months of hire; CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver composed guidance and care under emergent circumstances as CRN.
• Assess, analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate patients in crisis across hospital.
• Serve as physician liaison with expert assessments and delegated treatments in inpatient and ED.
• Respond to Code Blue, Code Green, ED Code 3, pediatrics codes, FBC STAT events, NICU resuscitations, NICU code blues.
• Support Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, and perioperative suites when needed.
