R3 Continuum LLC in Idaho Falls is seeking compassionate behavioral health professionals for an Independent Consultant role. You will provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by workplace disruptions, which requires an independent license in the State of Idaho.

This role offers flexibility in scheduling, personalized support, and opportunities for supplemental income. Candidates must have a minimum of a master's degree in mental health and required insurance coverage, along with willingness to complete necessary training.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Idaho (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
