Aligned Data Centers, LLC in Hillsboro, OR, is seeking a Critical Facilities Technician to join a fast-growing data center team. You will perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of critical and non‑critical mechanical and electrical systems across a 24x7 facility, including HVAC, electrical, and life-safety components.
The role requires 3–5 years in electrical/mechanical facilities support (or 7+ years in HVAC/mechanical). Overtime may be required; shifts may include day/night/weekend.

As part of our exciting growth, we are currently searching for a Critical Facilities Technician. Under the direction of the Facility Manager, this position requires extensive hands‑on analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting of our 24x7 facility operations within Aligned Data Centers. Work includes installation, repair, and maintenance of critical and non‑critical mechanical and/or electrical machinery and controls located in the interior and exterior of building. In some cases, there may be multiple identical new openings for this role at a given location. Applicants only need to apply once per location to ensure full consideration for all similar opportunities.
High school diploma and minimum 3-5 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical critical facilities support; or 7+ years’ experience as HVAC or mechanical/electrical technician. Electrical/Mechanical certifications preferred. Able to work overtime and longer shifts (12 hour). Shifts may require work day/night/weekend/holiday . Computer skills required: MS Office. Hourly Pay Range: $35.00-45.00
