Allstate Corporation is seeking a Critical Facilities Engineer to maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure in mission-critical environments such as data centers. The role involves inspecting equipment, responding to abnormal operating conditions, and ensuring uptime and project success.

The position requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and expertise with BAS/BCS, CAD, and MOP/SOP development. It is a fully on-site role in Rochelle, IL with a second shift schedule.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in critical facilities or related environments preferred.
• Experience with ITIL Change Management and ServiceNow Change Process.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, CAD, electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Applies expertise and knowledge to develop concepts, techniques, and process improvements.

• Reviews major design modifications and upgrades to ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety, and operational standards.
• Creates and reviews all mission-critical MOPs and SOPs for accuracy, safety, and business impact assessment.
• Collaborates with partner data centers.
