Job summary

Benefis Health System in Montana is seeking an unlicensed healthcare team member who may possess EMT-B, CNA, Nurse Aide, or Licensed Practical Nurse education to support critical care areas of the hospital.

The role requires the ability to work under pressure, be accurate, and handle changing situations while performing tasks within education and training boundaries. Must comply with all organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• State CNA license (MT) required.
• Completed first two semesters of an accredited nursing program required, or EMT (Basic or higher) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

• Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
• Must comply with Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:

• Current MT CNA license required.
• Or Successfully completed the first two semesters of a national accredited nursing program required, or Licensed EMT (Basic or higher level) required.
• Basic Life Support (AHA Healthcare BLS) required.

Exemption Wage Non-Exempt Starting Wage $20.30/hourly Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience
