Qualifications

• Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy or Bachelor’s preferred.
• NBRC-RRT; RCP license/certification required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• 0–2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and delivers respiratory care per protocol.
• Ventilator management, weaning, and airway care.
• Educates patients and mentors staff.
• Collaborates with care teams to ensure quality patient care.
