Job summary

Penn Medicine, Center for Connected Care, is hiring a Clinical Nurse 2 on the Penn Medicine Rittenhouse campus. The RN will practice as a full partner on the health care team, applying the nursing process and accepting accountability for the care of assigned patients across age groups.

Qualified candidates hold a BSN, have at least 3 years of critical care experience, and possess a multi-state license. ACLS and BLS/CPR are required; CCRN is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• 3 years of Critical Care experience.
• Multi-State Compact License required.
• ACLS required with BLS/CPR.
• CCRN required.
• Onsite Penn Medicine Rittenhouse campus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as an RN partner on the interprofessional health care team.
• Adhere to professional practice standards and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate competencies in CQI, evidence-based practice, leadership, and teamwork.
