Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in Lafayette, LA. Join a specialized LTAC/ICU team delivering high-acuity care with competitive salary and shift differentials.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, medication administration, patient/family education, and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Louisiana or compact state RN license required.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license in Louisiana or a compact state.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred or within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
