ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with our LTAC partner. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.

The role requires BLS, ACLS within 90 days, and a strong clinical judgment with a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer meds and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
