Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate total nursing care for assigned patients. You will assess, plan, implement, and document care, and supervise student nurses, nursing assistants, and licensed practical nurses.

You will orient new staff, contribute to patient safety, and help achieve quality and budget goals within a diverse care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Arkansas RN license & CPR required.
• ACLS within 90 days required.
• TNCC within 12 months required.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive and accurate patient assessments using evidence-based tools.
• Deliver nursing care according to plan with competent and safe practice.
• Identify changes in patient condition and report to providers.
• Maintain complete, accurate medical records and documentation.
• Float among clinical services as needed and supervise nursing staff.
• Support orientation of new staff and clinical nursing students.
