CHS Career Site is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient‑centered care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to achieve desired outcomes and supports patients and families throughout their care.

The RN will administer medications, monitor for adverse effects, document care, and participate in life‑saving interventions when needed.

Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• RN licensure required
• BCLS certification required
• ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in accordance with policies and nursing process
• Assess patients thoroughly and document findings accurately
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop care plans
• Provide patient and family education on conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
• Maintain infection control protocols and patient safety standards
• Document care thoroughly and promptly in medical records
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist in life-saving interventions
• Participate in audits, chart reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies
