Incredible Health is hiring an RN for Critical Care in Spokane, WA. The role focuses on rapid assessment and care for critically ill patients, including ventilatory support and cardiac monitoring. Excellent teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications include ADN or higher in nursing, active RN license, and ICU experience preferred. ACLS is a plus; position offers full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• ADN or higher in nursing is required or preferred.
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ year ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, vitals, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill/unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to plan care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
