Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with KSBN license, BLS may be required within 90 days.
• BSN degree completed before or at hire.
• Ability to apply safety, ethics and legal standards in care.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and information relative to patient and setting.
• Analyze assessment data to identify problems and needs.
• Identify outcomes and develop an individualized plan.
• Coordinate care and implement the plan to achieve goals.
• Deliver nursing care guided by professional practice standards.
• Advocate for patients and mentor new staff as needed.
