Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and other parameters, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, or life-threatening conditions.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the condition and care plan.
