A prominent healthcare system in Georgia is looking for experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses to join the W.E.S.T. Float Team. Qualifications
Active RN license required, compact or single state.
BLS – Basic Life Support from AHA required.
ACLS certification required.
Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based, individualized care using the full nursing process.
Manage complex, high-acuity patients with confidence.
Safely administer medications and treatments.
Respond quickly to emergencies and critical changes.
Partner with patients and families to educate and advocate.
Collaborate with physicians and teams to ensure high standards of care.
