Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families and document care and education provided.
• Delegate and prioritize tasks to ensure quality patient care.
