Job summary

Baptist Health in North Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Resource Team on the Day shift (0630-1900). This role uses the nursing process to deliver safe, compassionate care and aligns with Baptist Health policies and interdisciplinary collaboration.

New grads or current RNs in good standing with Arkansas license are welcome; BSN preferred. CPR is required, with ACLS/PALS/NALS training provided as needed; specialty areas have targeted education.

Qualifications

• A new RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or Registered Nurse in good standing, and licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care.
• Is able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.
• Healthcare CPR required, some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training is provided.
• Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking.
• Know and follow department policies and Baptist Health processes to ensure unified workflow with the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create exceptional patient outcomes.
