Job summary

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing individualized, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care unit.

Licensed nurses will practice under the Wellstar Professional Practice Model, adhere to the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, and participate in shared governance, research and performance improvement to advance patient outcomes and safety.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing or diploma; BSN preferred.
• RN license and applicable certifications on hire.
• Minimum 2 years’ direct patient care experience.
• English language proficiency and basic computer skills.
