Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting in California. The RN will assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with physicians, educating patients and families on treatment and discharge plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and delegating tasks to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
