Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wisconsin or compact-state eligibility.
• BLS certification.
• RN experience in Critical care, ICU, IMCU, step-down, telemetry, or a similar high-acuity setting.
• Cardiac care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Nurses with leadership or preceptor experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to high-acuity patients.
• Manage complex patient assignments and changing clinical conditions.
• Monitor patients and recognize changes requiring intervention.
• Provide cardiac, critical care, and advanced nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Support and mentor newer nurses.
• Contribute to quality improvement and positive patient outcomes.
