Job summary

Iredell Health System seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the newly expanded Critical Care Unit at Iredell Memorial Hospital in Statesville, NC. You will coordinate and deliver high-acuity nursing care in a state-of-the-art CCU, contributing to community wellbeing and patient outcomes.

Eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a weekend night incentive, shift differential, and overtime incentives. This full-time role offers premium pay opportunities in a modern, expanded unit.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in North Carolina.
• Certification in BCLS.
• Successful completion of hospital and unit-specific orientation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Prescribes nursing care and delegates nursing activities.
• Coordinates assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Ensures patient care aligns with hospital nursing philosophy and standards.
