Zusammenfassung

McLaren Flint is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in multiple units. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, document status on admission and throughout the shift, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements include Michigan RN license, ACLS within 6 months, and relevant critical care/ED experience. Telemetry monitoring and intermediate fetal monitoring training are preferred, with certification timelines

Qualifikationen

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse to practice nursing in Michigan.
• ACLS Certification within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient nursing experience in RN role.
• Telemetry monitoring/interpretation experience within last year.

• Assess patient status on admission and continuously thereafter.
• Develop written plans of care with short/long-term goals and actions.
• Ensure nursing care plans are carried out through supervision of staff.
