Qualifications

• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills, and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies.
• Monitors and interprets specialized equipment; responds to life-saving situations.
• Develops and revises individualized plans of care and evaluates progress.
• Collaborates with medical staff and education to support the unit and patient care.
• Documents patient care in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.
