Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, compassionate patient care using the nursing process and Baptist Health training within a collaborative healthcare team.

New RN graduates or RNs in good standing licensed in Arkansas; BSN preferred. CPR required; ACLS/PALS may be required in some units; orientation provided. This role supports a standard full-time schedule with specialty education opportunities.

Qualifications

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or RN in good standing licensed in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care.
• Able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.
• Healthcare CPR required, some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training is provided.
• Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.
