Qualifications

• ACLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor required within six months of hire.
• Previous acute care experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image and work within regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families.
• Supervise nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and manage patient care to improve quality of care.
• Establish professional relationships and utilize nursing skills in the hospital setting.
• Foster adherence to hospital mission while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
