Job summary

Constant Care Health Services LLC in the Bronx, NY is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to provide constant respiratory care to residents with chronic conditions and complex pulmonary needs. This full-time role focuses on ventilator support and ongoing treatment plans.

The position requires NY state licensure as CRT or RRT, and BLS/ACLS certification with PALS/NRP preferred. At least 1 year of relevant experience in long-term or critical care is desirable.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) in NY
• BLS/ACLS required; PALS/NRP preferred
• 1+ year experience in long-term care or critical care
• Strong teamwork, communication and critical thinking

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care for residents requiring continuous respiratory monitoring.
• Manage ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and oxygen therapy.
• Administer respiratory treatments and medications.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and codes.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care team.
• Document treatments and maintain compliance with safety standards.
