CARIN Alliance is seeking a Critical Care RN to provide high-acuity, evidence-based care in an ICU environment. You will conduct complex assessments, manage ventilator support, and participate in rapid response activities while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.

The role requires RN licensure with ICU experience, strong assessment skills, and excellent communication and teamwork to support patients and families through critical illness.
