The role requires PA RN licensure, ACLS, PALS, ITLS or TNCC within six months, and medical command within 30 days of hire, with teamwork across MICU teams. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, staying current with critical care trends, and contributing to QA and outreach efforts.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and licensed as a professional nurse in PA.
• CPR and ACLS certification required.
• PALS, ITLS or TNCC certification required within six months of hire.
• PHRN I must have medical command within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions and in cramped spaces while handling equipment.
