Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care Medicine.
• Experience in high-acuity ICU teams with multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Procedural ICU skills; ECMO/advanced support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 critical care coverage for complex ICU patients across multiple units (medical, neuro-trauma, cardiothoracic).
• Collaborate with intensivists and advanced practice providers to deliver evidence-based care and improve patient outcomes.
